  • E-mail and virus protection is an automated process. No one has access to your e-mail except you.
• What happens if an important e-mail is blocked?
  • You will receive email notification if a suspicious e-mail has been picked up with a link to the message center to view the suspect transmission.  Once you login to the message center, you can set preferences for senders to approve or block any e-mail address and their communications.
• How do I get started?
  • Whether  you have additional questions about this service or are ready to sign up, simply email or call today.  All we need is your list of email addresses to be covered, and we handle the rest.
• How much does it cost?
  • You will be billed annually on a per user basis at the rate of $15/user per year.  For example, if you deploy Cove Web Design's Message Security to ten users at your company, billing works like this: 10 user accounts x $15 annual fee per user = $150 total annual fee.
• Is there a free trial period?
  • Yes, on a limited basis.  We offer a free 10 day trial that is only available for one user within your domain.  The trial period will automatically terminate at the end of the 10 day evaluation or sooner if requested.  No other users can be added during the trial period.
