Design would like you to be aware of email-based scams that
attempt to collect confidential information. These scams are
often referred to as "phishing."
In an effort to
curtail phishing scams against our clients, Cove Web Design
will NEVER ask for personal information in an e-mail.

2010 - Your confirmation is needed
This
phishing email requests a reply to confirm a
subscription to a mailing list or unsubscribe by
clicking on links in the email.

2010 - Subject: Reset Your Password
This
phishing email fraudulently states that it received your
request to reset your password and that you are required
to confirm your request and reset your password or
cancel your request by clicking on links in the email.

2010 - Subject: Please confirm your email to
This
phishing email fraudulently states that you sent an
email to a mailbox that requires authentication of the
sender to reduce spam and asks that you click on a link
to "confirm your email by visiting the URL".

2010 - Subject: account information has
changed
This
phishing email fraudulently states that new secret
questions were added to your account and asks that you
click on a link to make changes.
