states that it received your
request to reset your password
and that you are required to
confirm your request and reset
your password or cancel your
request by clicking on links in
the email.

states that you sent an email to
a mailbox that requires
authentication of the sender to
reduce spam and asks that you
click on a link to "confirm your
email by visiting the URL".

states that new secret questions
were added to your account and
asks that you click on a link to
make changes.
