How much will a custom designed
website cost?

We will
provide a
fixed
quotation
after
discussing
what your
website
design
requirements
are,
however, our
rates are
discussed to
some detail
on our
rates
page.

How long
will it take
for my
website to
be designed?

This depends
on 1) the
size of the
site and 2)
when the
client
provides the
content
(text/images)
to be
included.
Obviously
large sites
take longer,
and the
design
doesn't
begin until
the content
has been
received.

How
should I
supply text,
images,
photographs
about my
business for
my new
website?

We prefer to
receive
content for
the site in
electronic
form.
Text can be
in a word
document or
included in
an email,
and pictures
should be
sent in
digital
form.
We will give
you access
to upload
your content
online.

How is
payment
handled?
-
A deposit of
50% of the
total cost
of the
project and
a signed
contract are
required for
any work to
commence.
The balance
will be due
once the
site has
been
completed
and approved
by you
before the
site will be
made live.
We accept
payment by
check,
credit card
(Visa, MC,
Discover,
Amex), or
PayPal.

Can I
make changes
to the
design after
work begins?

Minor
changes are
permitted,
however
major design
changes will
require an
addendum to
the contract
and
additional
fees may be
charged.

Do I have
to keep my
website with
you forever,
or can I
move it to
another
hosting
company?

Although we
hope you
stay with
us, you may
move your
website to
another
hosting
service if
you so
choose.
The website
belongs to
you, and
once the
website
design has
been
completed,
we will send
you a cd with a
copy of the
files used
for your
site.

Can you
provide all
our web
design and
hosting
services?

Yes - we can
register
your domain
name, design
and host
your
website, and
set up your
email
accounts.
No more
trying to
remember who
to call if
you have
questions or
need to make
changes.

Can I use
flash
animation in
my design?

Yes,
however, we
recommend
limiting the
amount of
"flash".
Search
engines can
not read the
content in
flash, and
therefore,
the flash
content will
not be
indexed.
